Real Estate Broker Website & Meta Ads
Turning social media posts into a full-scale real estate platform that captures leads and closes deals
Year :
2024
Industry :
Real Estate
Client :
Louiella Rosalita
Project Duration :
13 months

Problem :
My client, a real estate broker, relied heavily on Facebook posts for property listings, which made it difficult to manage multiple properties and convert leads effectively. Listings were scattered, lacked proper categorization, and there was no centralized system for prospects to explore options or inquire directly.

Solution :
I built and managed a dedicated real estate website where my client could easily publish property listings—whether for sale, rent, or assume. Each listing included essential details such as price, description, mortgage calculator, map location, and property specs (bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, land area, etc.). The website also featured highlighted properties and an integrated contact form, which instantly sent inquiries to her business Gmail for quick response.
To drive traffic and leads, I set up and managed Meta Ads campaigns that redirected potential buyers from Facebook to the website. This created a streamlined funnel where leads could browse multiple listings, filter by preferences, and directly connect with the broker.

Challenge :
Data Structuring – Ensuring all property details (prices, areas, icons, etc.) displayed consistently across listings.
Lead Conversion – Designing a simple, high-converting contact form that worked seamlessly with Gmail.
Ad Targeting – Optimizing Meta Ads to attract serious buyers while keeping ad spend efficient.
Content Management – Making the website easy for the broker to update with new listings.
Summary :
I built and managed a custom real estate website for a broker, designed to centralize all property listings—whether for sale, rent, or assume. Each listing featured full details including descriptions, pricing, mortgage calculator, map integration, and property specs for an intuitive browsing experience. To capture leads, I added a contact form that sent inquiries directly to her business Gmail, ensuring fast response times. I also ran Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic from Facebook into the website, generating a steady stream of qualified leads and giving clients more options based on their location and preferences. This project highlights my ability to combine web development, lead capture, and digital marketing to deliver real business results.
